C.H.R.O.M.E. (Comand Headquarters for Recon Operations and Motorized Espionage) is a British ultra secret organization of espionage and secret operations wich works under the British reign crown for the security of the Great Britain and the World.
The C.H.R.O.M.E. Agent Training Headquarters are located on an unrevealed location near London and it`s called the Holodome.
Althrough C.R.H.O.M.E. was never seen or mentioned in Cars 2, it was reveled at the Cars 2 Video Game as the big organization behind the spy cars Finn McMissile and Holley Shiftwell among others, and before that it was revealed at the Cars 2 website alongside games.
