Octane Gain also sponsors a team in the Piston Cup Racing Series, which consists of crew chief Octane Gain Crew Chief, hauler Octane Gain Hauler, several pitties such as Dudley Spare, and racers Billy Oilchanger and Henderson.

In Cars, Billy Oilchanger is among the many competitors at the Motor Speedway of the South, and the other members of his team assist him during the race, all while bearing the Octane Gain logo.

In Cars: The Video Game, the Octane Gain racing team competes in the 2006 Piston Cup season, with Henderson as the race car. Additionally, the logo can be seen on advertisements at the Los Angeles International Speedway.

In Cars: Mater-National Championship, the Octane Gain logo appears on advertisements during Stadium Races, as well as in certain road races, including Ornament Valley Airport.
