Patokaa is a police officer painted black and white, with a red siren and "Police" written on his doors.
History
In Tokyo Mater, Patokka appears finding Mater driving the wrong way on a one-way road during his race with Kabuto. He gives chase, but soon stops when they head into the House of Donuts, and joins the other police cars who are all performing donuts.
