Shirley Spinout, also known as No Stall Pitty, is one of Todd Marcus's pitties. She is a 2003 Nemomatic Forklift, that is painted red and black, with the No Stall logo on her doors and roof.
History
In Cars, Shirley can be seen in the pit row at the Motor Speedway of the South, changing Todd's tires with the other No Stall pitties, while receiving orders from Roman Dunes.
