Benny Brakedrum is a character who appears in Cars. He is a Clebert Scooner that is painted a pinkish tan color. His license plate reads "TWK903".
History
In Cars, he attends the Piston Cup tie-breaker race between Lightning McQueen, Chick Hicks, and Strip Weathers, and can be seen driving around near the entrance to the stadium, near where Darrell Cartrip and Bob Cutlass are being recorded live.

"Benny Brakedrum had never been to a race before - that is until he was caller #7 to his favorite radio show, "Mornings with Eddy and the Dump Truck!"
