History
In Tokyo Mater, he appears in Mater's story as a broken-down car who needs towing all the way to Tokyo. Mater fortunately comes along and tows him all the way across the Pacific Ocean to Japan. When Kabuto challenges Mater to a drift race, Ito-San summons Teki and Paki to modify Mater in time for the race in hopes that he will win.
