X110 series), where the taillight portion resembles 2003-2009 Toyota Crown (S180 series). The Kanji on his paint job reads "警視庁" (けいしちょう, keishichō) which is Japanese for "Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department" and also his number plate reads "東京 321 さ 43-56". The kanji on his number plate says Tokyo in Japanese kanji. His name means police car in Japanese.

Patokaa (パトカー) is a Japanese police officer who appears in Tokyo Mater, he is mainly based on a Toyota Mark II (1999-2002. X110 series), where the taillight portion resembles 2003-2009 Toyota Crown (S180 series). The Kanji on his paint job reads "警視庁" (けいしちょう, keishichō) which is Japanese for "Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department" and also his number plate reads "東京 321 さ 43-56". History
