The Yellow Pickup Fan is an unnamed background character in Cars. He is seen during the opening Dinoco 400 scene at the Motor Speedway of the South, next to Wilmar Flattz in the fanstands. When rookie Lightning McQueen (whom the pickup is sporting souvenirs for) suddenly loses his rear tires to blowout, the pickup reacts with concern.

While the yellow pickup has never been named or played a prominent role in any Cars media, his model rig appears in various merchandising. Most notably, a prototype die-cast model was designed and showcased at San Diego Comic Con in 2009.[1] His model casting appears to be similar, if not identical to that of Duff Wrecks, who was the released the following year in the Drifting Series.
