Mildred appears in Cars. When Sally is reminiscing about Radiator Springs' history to Lightning McQueen, a flashback scene depicts the town in its heyday, prosperous and booming with travelers. Mildred is seen leaving Luigi's Casa Della Tires with a new set of tires.
Fans Old and New
In Fans Old and New, Mildred is now seen with a blue paintjob and is shown to be at the Leak Less tent, having a conversation with older cars and fellow race cars Claude Scruggs and Lightning McQueen. She mentions that she visited Radiator Springs back in '43 and asks if that "adorable Red" is still around.
