C.H.R.O.M.E.

The Command Headquarters for Recon Operations and Motorized Espionage, also known as C.H.R.O.M.E., is a British secret organization of espionage and recon operations that works for the British reign crown and is composed of various spies and secret agents from different nationalities around the world.

The C.H.R.O.M.E. Training Facility is located somewhere underground in London, as seen in Cars 2: The Video Game.

In Cars 2, it is heavily implied that Finn and Holley both work for an unknown secret organization full of highly-trained spies. It was later revealed in Cars 2: The Video Game to be called "C.H.R.O.M.E.".
