- "Hey, this guy bugging you?"
- —Clyde, Mater Private Eye
Clyde[1] is one of Big D's henchmen.
History
In Mater Private Eye, Clyde is Big D's forklift henchman. He first appears by asking Carmen if Mater is bugging her, "Hey, this guy bugging you?" but she ridiculously says, "Not yet, but a girl can hope." Claude however, is saying "Well, he's buggin' me.". Clyde takes Mater out into the alley and removes his left headlight and later threatens to remove his blinkers. Clyde says, "Next time it's the blinkers, understand?". It is presumed that Clyde and Claude were arrested just like Big D at the end of the short.
Livery
As Mater's story is shown in black and white, it is unknown exactly what Clyde's true color is. However, in the short, he is shown in white, and wears a hat.
Model
Clyde appears to be a 2003 Nemomatic forklift.
