The Blue Cactus Flower Mystery was a quest in The World of Cars Online. To receive it, the player must talk to Fillmore. He will ask the player to find a blue cactus flower, which can be found north or north-east of Fillmore's Hut. Once located, the player must drive over the flower to collect it and then return to Fillmore for a reward.
