This page grants any user the opportunity to file an appeal, with the goal of removing a past warning or final warning. Per warning policy, the presence of existing warnings on one's message wall increases the risk of escalation or block, and cannot ever be removed by the recipient. The appeals system exists to reward commendable users who have demonstrated they have learned from their mistakes, and prevent resolved matters from working against them in the future.

When submitting an appeal, you must provide a direct link to the warning message in question that you would like to remove. Afterwards, switch back to the editor on this page, and press Ctrl+V to paste it on the appropriate line.

The next step is to make your case for why you believe the warning should be removed. In your own words, what have you learned? And how have you demonstrated the results of that lesson? Examples are key! Hint: If you want to link back to a particular revision of a page, read here to learn how!

Once you have completed your message, in accordance with the formatting requirements laid out in the "How to submit" section, please post it under "Cases". After a short time, you will get a response back from the administrator or rollbacker who issued the original warning, which will approve or deny your appeal.

Rules

1. An appeal does not challenge the issuing of the warning in the first place, it advocates (with convincing evidence) why new circumstances justify its removal. Complaints or unjust begging for approvals will be removed from this page.
2. At least one month must have passed since receiving the original warning message.
3. If a case is denied, it cannot be re-tried again for at least three months.

How to submit

Submit an appeal under the following "Cases" header, using the following format:

Both participants must conclude their respective sections with a signature.
