Storm Shiftway^[1] is a racing car from the game The World of Cars Online. He lives in Carburetor County. He came to party in Redhood Valley celebrating the rescue of Sally Carrera after a rockslide. Later, he took part in the parade at the Scarator Springs event, wearing a Taxi Costume.
