Ronald is one of the rookie racers who train at the Rust-eze Racing Center, in hopes of becoming a professional racer. He is a Next-Gen 2017 Race Car SA-3. He is the Trainee 035.

History

In Cars 3, Ronald is one of the trainees who runs on the treadmills. As he is driving roughly, Cruz Ramirez reminds him that he is a "fluffy cloud", and he takes this advice to help him speed up.
