Stu Scattershields is a Haulital Carry'em, which is an unofficially named flatbed tow truck variant of Ray Reverham. He is painted orange. He has chrome rims, the 17th Rescue Race Division logo on his doors, white number 017 on his roof and "Race Div.17" on his front fenders.

• He is named after Pixar employee Christopher "Stu" Stewart.
• Compared to in the film and his diecast, he has some inaccuracies: A painted front bumper, but on his diecast, he has a black front bumper and chrome mirrors, and on his diecast, he has black mirrors instead like most of the Haulital models based on Ray Reverham shared who all have a black front bumper and mirrors.
