APB is a female Capitol Motors TPAS[1] who enjoys competing in demolition derbies. She often competes at Thunder Hollow Speedway's Crazy Eight circuit, basing her appearance on that of a police officer. She has a black and white livery, with a star painted on her doors, and many dents on her body. When competing, her racing number is 54.
History
In Cars 3, APB competes in a demolition derby rally at Thunder Hollow. When she makes her entrance alongside the other veterans, she intimidates newcomers Lightning McQueen and Cruz Ramirez by swerving around them in a donut motion. Early on in the demolition derby, she is following Cigalert. She is eliminated later by crashing into Cigalert, Patty, Bill and then into a fence.
