Graham Paige is the flagman for the Wings Around the Globe rally. He is painted light blue and dark blue, sporting the Wings Around the Globe design on both of his doors.
History
In Planes, Graham is seen at the beginning of the first leg of the Wings Around the Globe, waving the flag as the racers set off.

"This little four-cylinder never thought that he would be waving the starting flag at the world's biggest air racing event. But when Graham got his chance, he took it - not only waving the green starting flag when the competitors raced east across the Atlantic, but also the checkered flag when the finalists returned from the west."[1]
