Yuri is a Russian rally car that comes to Radiator Springs to compete in the Mater-National series of events. He is a russian auto Lada Copeck (copeika) that is painted dark green with a chrome bumper and decals. His license plate reads "YURIKAA", which is a play on the phrase "Eureka".
In Cars: Mater-National Championship, Yuri makes appearances as an opposing racer in various events in the story mode. He competes against Lightning in the road races Inside the Turkey and Canyon Run, as well as in Team Relay #1, in which he is on a team with Luigi and Giovanni, and Team Relay #3, in which he is on a team with Fletcher and Gerald.

Trivia
- He and Philip are the only two new characters in Cars: Mater-National Championship that are not playable, although playable data can be found for both characters in the game's files.
- He is possibly named after Yuri Gagarin.
- Despite the cutscene for Team Relay #1 seemingly implying that Giovanni will race with Guido and Luigi, Guido is not present in the race, and Yuri races instead.
- Unlike other new characters, Yuri does not appear in any cutscenes, not even as a cameo.
