Bio
Soldier Billy is a recruit who, along with the Corporal, came from England to Radiator Springs for a special trend, which takes place in January. Sarge instructs Billy, with his helper Mater, to explore the area to find three objects. Then Billy and Mater competed in a raid, an obstacle race.
