He is painted Green with red flames and He also has a face painted on his back.
History
Pileup competes in the demolition derby alongside Miss Fritter. He survives the entire demolition derby until the end, where he crashes into T-Bone. Later, they are both used as a ramp as Miss Fritter rides up him, slamming into a "Fritter time" sign.
