  • Cars on the Road characters are now released in the regular packaging like other characters, unlike in 2022 and 2023 where they had their own unique packaging.
  • This is the first time Wingo with Flames, Radiator Springs Lightning McQueen, Cactus Lightning McQueen and Mater with Sign are being released from Thailand.
    • Wingo is not marked as Wingo with Flames despite having flames.
    • Like with past China to Thailand rereleases, the release of Cactus Lightning McQueen now features the Rust-eze logo on his spoiler.
  • Dinoco Cruz Ramiez was originally in Case B but was replaced with Rusteze Cruz Ramirez.
  • Crusty Rotor and Aiken Axler were originally in Case U 2-packs but were replaced with Will Rusch & Tim Treadless
