- She is named after June Foster, a member of the Animation Shot Support Team for Cars 3.
- Her license plate reads "P09-14C", just like Chip Gearings' Hauler and Ponchy Wipeout's Hauler.
- June has the same surname as Craig Fäster, a rusty car.
