Biz Torqsen is an American mid-size car. She is a Racing Sports Network reporter.
History
In Cars 3, Biz is one of the reporters speaking with Lightning McQueen after the race at the Heartland Motor Speedway, asking him if he will make a comment about Cal Weathers' retirement. Later, when McQueen arrives at the Rust-eze Racing Center, Biz asks him if he has considered retiring.
