Parker Brakeston is a Piston Cup racer. His number is 68, and he supersedes Manny Flywheel as the racer for the N2O Cola team. In 2016, he was fired and replaced by Next-Gen racer H.J. Hollis.
History
In Cars 3, Parker competes in the 2016 Piston Cup season. During the mid-season of that year, Jackson Storm made his debut which caused sponsors to replace veteran racers with Next-Generation race cars, that had better achievements on the tracks. Due to this, Parker was forced to stop competing in the Piston Cup and N2O Cola replaced him with a next-generation rookie racer named H.J. Hollis.

Trivia
- Many die-cast cardbacks refer to him as Harvey Rodcap, which is actually the name of the next-generation Easy Idle racer. The same thing occurred for Rev-N-Go Racer.
- He is 1 of 6 racers fired after the 2016 Dinoco 400.
