Ryan "Inside" Laney is a Next-Generation race car who appears in Cars 3 as a rookie racer.[1] His number is 21, and he is sponsored by Team Blinkr. Physical description

Ryan is a Next-Gen 2017 Race Car SA-2. He is mainly painted orange with a big blue stripe on his hood, right door, and back left side. The Blinkr logo appears on the blue stripe on his hood, right door, left side, right taillight and on his spoiler. The number 21 appears white on his doors, roof and under his left taillight. His spoiler is mainly blue with orange wings. He uses Lightyear racing tires. His rim color is blue with an orange outline.
