Terry Kargas races for the TripleDent team in the Piston Cup Racing Series. His number is 31.[1]
History
Terry competes in the 2016 Piston Cup season in Cars 3. However, as Jackson Storm sparks interest in next generation racers, Terry either retires or gets fired by Triple Dent and gets replaced by a next-generation racer named Cam Spinner.

Trivia
- Early concept art of Terry shows that he was going to have the number 21. Because of this, Cam Spinner (or another Triple Dent next-gen) would have the number 2.
- He has the same model as Brick Yardley in the movie, but his diecast model uses Cal's.
