Mike Joyride[1] is the host of the the radio program Piston Cup Talk 'Round the Clock.
History
In Cars 3, Lightning McQueen is listening to Mike's radio show, Piston Cup Talk 'Round the Clock, on the radio, four months after his violent crash. During the show, Mike brings up McQueen's crash and talks about the lack of official announcements regarding McQueen's return for the 2017 Piston Cup Racing Season. When Mike says that he thinks McQueen's racing career is over, McQueen shuts the radio off.

"Welcome back to Piston Cup Talk 'Round the Clock where we do nothing but talk racing. Let's get to it! Starting of course with Lightning McQueen. The season starts just two weeks away and there's still no official announcement. But with number 95 coming off his worst year on record, don't shoot the messenger here folks, I think it's safe to assume that Lightning McQueen's racing days are over.
