Doug Speedcheck is a police constable within the Metropolitan Police Service in London.
Bio
In Cars 2, he is one of the policemen (although it cannot be said which one) who try to protect the Queen from Mater as he lands on the Queen's platform with a bomb implanted on him. After Miles Axlerod was exposed, Doug and Mark Wheelsen arrested him.
Livery
Doug is painted black, with the word "POLICE" written in white across his hood. On each of his doors, he has a blue checkered pattern painted.
Model
Doug is modeled on a Ford Mondeo. His license plate reads LP57 WIJ, according to his die-cast model.
Occupation
Doug is a police officer stationed in London.
