Template:Event Backfire Canyon Speedway was the 3rd circuit in the Piston Cup Racing Series in The World of Cars Online.
Lightning McQueen chose this as the third track after Tow Mater took him there. One week before it opened, Smasher McCrasher tested the track, getting his paint scalded off, his hoses almost fried and his radiator almost overheated after testing it.
It opened on February, 2011. The speedway is located in the south-west of United States, located near an active volcano. After reaching 380,000 race points, Sponsored cars could race and win the Backfire Canyon Speedway Trophy. It was said that during the race, cars could have gotten smashed against rocks by blasts of volcanic gas.
