Timmy is a character in the comic books.

Timmy is a Lightning McQueen fan. He and the other cars in the "Winners Circle Camp" race around pretending to be Lightning McQueen. He was very excited when Mr. and Mrs. The King let him meet Lightning McQueen and Bob Cutlass.

Timmy is 2001 BMW Mini Cooper R53.

It is bright yellow with silver hubcaps and Mini logo on the hood. His eyes are black.

Both his name and his bum leg may be a reference to Tiny Tim from A Christmas Carol.
