Luigi's Mother is the mother of Luigi, and appears in the Ciao, America! story in World of Cars, as well as in Cars 2.
In Ciao, America!, Luigi's mother emotionally waves goodbye to her son as he sets sail for the American town of Radiator Springs. Though Luigi is sad to leave his mother behind, he is excited to begin working for his uncle, who owns a tire store called Casa Della Tires.
Luigi's mother also has a brief appearance in Cars 2 when Luigi and the rest of Team McQueen arrive in Carsoli for the second leg of the World Grand Prix. She greets her son alongside Uncle and Mama Topolino.
