Kingpin Nobunaga is a champion sumo wrestler, also known as a Yokozuna and based on a 1999-2004

History
In Cars 2, he is competing in a wrestling match against Pinion Tanaka at the sumo arena in Tokyo. Pinion easily takes him down, to the delight of Mater and Lightning McQueen.
