Bio
Tubbs Pacer was leading a group of Pacers when he met up with Professor Z's posse and joined him and the other three crime families. Tubbs was soon respected as the leader of the Pacer family, much unlike his previous history.
Tubbs was part of the plan to sabotage the World Grand Prix, and helped the other families in the attempt to destroy the Allinol fuel, along with Lightning McQueen. After being ambushed by the Radiator Springs crew in the showdown in London, he was arrested on the spot and taken to prison.
Personality
Tubbs was evil and tried to kill Lightning McQueen and his friends, only to be arrested.

Like the rest of his family, Tubbs is based off of an 1975 AMC Pacer.
