Bill is a demolition derby race car. He competes in the Crazy Eight demolition derby races at the Thunder Hollow Speedway with the number 86.
History
Cars 3
In Cars 3, Bill takes part in the Crazy Eight demolition derby that featured a disguised Lightning McQueen under the name of "Chester Whipplefilter" and Cruz Ramirez who went by the alias "Frances Beltline". During that race he, together with Patty and Cigalert, got pushed by Miss Fritter.
