Long Ge (simplified Chinese: 龙哥; traditional Chinese: 龍哥; pinyin: lóng gē) is a sports car and racer that represents People's Republic of China on racing completions such as World Grand Prix.
He appeared for the first time in Chinese version of Cars 2, replacing Jeff Gorvette in scene in Tokyo National Art Center where he talked with Lightning McQueen and Lewis Hamilton.
History
Cars 2
In the Chinese version of Cars 2, Long Ge is seen at the Tokyo welcome party with Lewis Hamilton, greeting Lightning and his team when they arrive in Tokyo. He later appears in the races in Tokyo, Italy, and London.
Cars: Fast as Lightning
In Cars: Fast as Lightning, Long Ge was introduced as a new playable character in v1.2.0. 800 gems are required to unlock him, and he has a building named after him called "Long Ge's Pit".
General information
Physical description
Long Ge is a DTM Racer, and also somewhat resembles the BMW M3 GTR. He also has the same body as Max Schnell. He is painted red, with yellow star designs painted on his doors and the back part of his windows. He has a black grille, grey rims and an anttena on his roof. He has clear headlights, and a large red spoiler. His paint job resembles the Chinese flag.
Personality and traits
Long Ge has a humble attitude, and sees that there is more to racing than just winning. However, judging by some of his quotes, he is sometimes self-centered (i.e. No one can match my skills.)

Trivia
- In Cars: Fast as Lightning his racing number is 9. His Ice Race Disney Store Die-Cast Line toy car shows that it is 12. Also this diecast shows that he has a sticker with the flag of the People's Republic of China and number LG 86.
- He is the Chinese counterpart of Jeff Gorvette. He replaces Jeff in a scene in the Chinese version, which is part of the localization of the movie in several different countries. However, he doesn't appear in the Taiwanese version.
- There are peony patterns on Long's body. This was inspired by the costume of the Beijing Olympics.
- Long Ge in Chinese is 龙哥, the character Long or 龙 means "dragon". Dragon is a symbol of fortune and happiness in Chinese culture. It's also a symbol of China and Chinese ethnic.
