In Cars 3, Joe Don Jackson is one of the several racers that appear in the archived 1954 recording at Fireball Beach. He was one of the many competitors the Hudson Hornet passed on track for the lead. Their race would be cut short as the Hudson Hornet would wreck out during the event.
