Storm's success sparks interest in the Next-Generation racers, who are faster and more capable than traditional stock racers. Realizing their superiority in terms of ability, Piston Cup teams start firing their veterans in favor of Next-Generation rookies. Because of this, Speedy was forced to stop competing in the Piston Cup and got replaced with Ryan "Inside" Laney.
Physical description
Speedy is a Brawny Motor Co. Spark EA race car. He is mainly painted orange in the front and blue on his sides and back. The Blinkr logo appears on his hood and trunk with "Blink" appearing in white in the blue part and the "r" appearing orange in the white part of the logo. He has the number 21 on his roof, doors, and under his right headlight and taillight, colored white with an light-blue outline. Throughout Speedy's design the icon for Blinkr can been seen in orange and blue. On the back of his spoiler Blinkr's logo, "connecting engine to engine" can be seen. He uses Lightyear racing tires and his rims are blue with an orange outline. His eye color is blue
