History
Jambalaya Chimichanga is a demolition derby race car. In 2017, she competed in Crazy Eight race competitions organized in Thunder Hollow with number 27. She also took part in the race which induced appearance of Lightning McQueen and Cruz Ramirez. During that race got hit by Dr. Damage, flipping into the air, and getting eliminated. Later on she went to the bar with other Crazy Eight racers to watch Florida 500 race and cheer for competing McQueen and Ramirez.
