Mike Fuse is a waiter at the debut party for the World Grand Prix.
History
In Cars 2, Mike can be seen carrying drinks at the World Grand Prix debut party in Tokyo. In one scene, Mater drives past him and, using his hook, quickly grabs a drink from his tray.

Mike is a 2009 Honda Civic (FN) hatchback (which never got sold in Japan in real life, except for the Type R model as the Type R Euro). He is painted entirely white, his number plates read "東京 32 に 02-83" and wears a pink patterned headband on his roof. He has a tray mounted on his left door, which is used to carry Allinol-sponsored drinks.
