Bob Pulley is a Japanese light blue taxi with red and white stripes, he resembles a 1997-2017 Toyota Crown Comfort. According to his die-cast, his license plate reads "02-85".
History
In Cars 2, he is seen driving through Tokyo beside Lightning McQueen, Mater and their crew.
