Alexander Hugo, also known as Chop Shop Alex, Alexander the "Not So" Great, and Alex Hu "Don't" Go, is one of Victor Hugo's personal guards.
History
Cars 2
In Cars 2, Alexander is first seen talking to Ivan outside of Casino di Porto Corsa, as several black Gremlins and other lemons enter the building. When Holley Shiftwell drives up to distract Ivan, she tries to act sweet, which causes Alexander to respond eagerly, before Ivan interjects.
