Frosty Winterbumper is a touring car from Australia. He competes in the V8 Supercar championship, which he has been a part of since 2003.
History
Cars 2
In Cars 2, Frosty was invited to the opening party of the World Grand Prix at the National Art Center in Tokyo, Japan. During the party he spoke to Lewis Hamilton and briefly to Lightning McQueen. However, their conversation soon came to a stop when Mark pointed out Mater talking to Zen Master, making McQueen remove himself from the conversation. He later reappears in Mater's flashback with Lewis laughing at McQueen and Mater just before the London race.
Other appearances
Despite being exclusive to the Australian version of Cars 2, Frosty has made a couple appearances in books. He appears in the Neon Racers book and Ice Racers book where he shown to compete in the Transcontinental Race of Champions.

Mark is a 2009 World Torque Champion League touring car. He uses Tru-Tread Traction A Temperature A P215/65R15 tires. His livery is yellow in the front and blue at the back. He has the flag of Australia shaped like the country on his hood and front side doors while his back was painted like the Australian flag with the Union Jack on his back doors and stars on the roof and back. At his boot he has the Australian flag painted on there.
