Fred Pacer is a 1975 AMC Pacer that grew up in [[Kenosha]], [[Wisconsin]], [[United States]]. He would spend his time by hanging out with his friends that were AMC Gremlins and AMC Pacers. When he got older, the car parts factory in in his town closed and he started looking for work in other places. Eventually he signed up for work at the [[Oil Rig]] platform in the [[Pacific Ocean]]. He had become a henchman of the [[Pacer]] crime family. In June 2011, he together with other [[Lemon]] henchmen traveled to [[Tokyo]], [[Japan]]. He was present in the room when [[Professor Zündapp]] tested his [[Professor Z's EMP weapon|EMP weapon]] on a captured [[C.H.R.O.M.E.|C.H.R.O.M.E]] spy, [[Rod Redline]], killing him the process. Later on, he, together with other Lemons, attempted to kidnap and kill [[Tow Mater]], who had intel intercepted from Redline. They were stopped by [[Finn McMissile]] with whom they fought in an ally. During the fight, Fred was thrown into the upper part of an elevator by McMissile, that then lifted in the air. Soon after, an unnamed Trunkov crashed into the elevator. As Finn shot the cable hoisting the elevator up, it (With Fred Pacer still on top of it) landed on the Trunkov's knocked out body, crushing (And possibly killing) him. It is unknown if Fred either either died too, got back up and drove away later on, or got arrested.

Fred Pacer, also known as Fred Fisbowski, is a 1975 AMC Pacer who worked on one of the Oil Rigs in the Pacific Ocean. He is one of the many henchmen that worked for Professor Zündapp.

Fred Pacer is a 1975 AMC Pacer that grew up in Kenosha, Wisconsin, United States. He would spend his time by hanging out with his friends that were AMC Gremlins and AMC Pacers. When he got older, the car parts factory in in his town closed and he started looking for work in other places. Eventually he signed up for work at the Oil Rig platform in the Pacific Ocean. He had become a henchman of the Pacer crime family. In June 2011, he together with other Lemon henchmen traveled to Tokyo, Japan. He was present in the room when Professor Zündapp tested his EMP weapon on a captured C.H.R.O.M.E spy, Rod Redline, killing him the process.
