Bruce Miller is an [[Axxelo]] Fission EA. He has a yellow livery with an orange roof and rear bumper, and a blue hood, spoiler and stripes going diagonally from his back. On his hood, backsides and boot, he has the [[RPM]] logo, and on his roof and sides, he has the number 64 painted white with black borders. Above his front windows and on his front fenders, he has a black Lightyear logo. He has stickers imitating headlights, seven stickers of sponsors behind the wheels, and orange grey caps. He is using [[Lightyear]] tires.

In Cars 3, Bruce Miller competes in the 2016 season of the Piston Cup. During the season he placed 11th at the Grandol Oil Co. Raceway. In the midseason, with the rise of the widely popular high-tech Next-Gen series of race cars, that had better achievements on the tracks, Bruce Miller was forced to stop competing in the Piston Cup by RPM and was replaced with Barry DePedal.
