History
The Aircraft Handling Officer appears in Planes, working on the Flysenhower after Dusty Crophopper is rescued from a crash at sea. When Crophopper is repaired and readied for flight again, the Aircraft Handling Officer assists his departure.

Meet the Planes
- The aircraft handling officer directs all operations of the Flysenhower's Catapult, which can accelerate a plane from a dead standstill to 160 knots in two seconds. The aircraft handling officer on the Flysenhower is painted yellow to keep him distinct from his crew of green deckhands on the catapult and arresting gear crew.
