In Planes, Willy brings Roper to Propwash Junction to tell Dusty and his team about Fonzarelli's disqualification due to usage of illegal fuels.

In Vitaminamulch: Air Spectacular, Willy comes to Propwash Junction with Roper to watch Leadbottom's show.

- Driving Roper around is not a pleasant job, but someone has to do it. The race official isn't the most pleasant of passengers, as he gets motion sickness on long trips. Luckily, Willy can't really hear Roper complain when he is riding in the back.[1]
