"Unparalleled Parking" is the second episode of the first season of Pixar Popcorn focus on Cars aired on 22 January 2021 on Disney+.

Summary

On a sunny day in Radiator Springs, several cars attempt to parallel park with varied results.

Plot

At the Cozy Cone Motel, Sheriff sets up a parking test for the cars. Guido then demonstrates how to park successfully without knocking over a half ring of cones.

Lizzie goes first, but fails her test by knocking over three cones (as marked by the traffic light icon showing its red light).

Lightning McQueen comes up next and performs a tight handbrake turn out of reverse to a clean stop, passing his test (as marked by the traffic light icon showing its green).

Chick Hicks comes up next and tries to pass like Lightning, but tips a cone and fails; he angrily knocks over the cones and drives away.

Ramone comes up next. He starts out with a standard approach, but lifts his hydraulics at the end of his reversing. He concludes his passing test suspended high enough on his hydraulics that Luigi and Guido can (and do) park under him.

Mater literally sidesteps into the parking space to pass the test.

Suddenly, Miss Fritter passes by and speeds into the area, prompting Red and Sheriff to flee. In a powerful burnout, she wipes out all the cones and the parking sign, failing in spectacular fashion. Fritter is promptly escorted out by Sheriff. Lizzie returns and parks in the space as if the cones were there. Red and Sheriff return alongside a sign-toting Guido, who sets the sign down aside Lizzie. Lizzie passes as there was nothing to knock down.
