Cars on the Road

He appears in Cars on the Road as a ghost, does that mean that he's deceased? MedievalVibes (talk) 10:22, October 7, 2022 (UTC)

Yes, this is the reason behind why I have added the category "Deceased characters". Although, some would argue that his appearance was unconfirmed/non-canon, considering that he did not actually appear in the show, however he appeared in a Happy Meal game that launched with the toys. However, I think it is reasonable as there is no other official source to say otherwise. --ChickenChaff (talk) 12:01, October 7, 2022 (UTC)
