Placing order

The order the cars finish in is random, unlike most of the previous events. Wingo, DJ, Boost and Snot Rod will often come in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th respectively if you come in first. Sometimes Boost will come 2nd, making Wingo 3rd.

Well that's what I've experienced in my game most of the time, but if no one else things it's relevant to put in a trivia, I won't stand in their way. But with this race and most of the races after it, the other cars usually finish in a random order due to the large number of obstacles the races have. But in the first race Radiator Springs Grand Prix the order the other cars finish is usually the same - Doc Hudson, Sally, Fletcher, Ramone.

Here are some examples of the placing orders in some of the next races:

There is certainly an order that they will most often come in, but they will not always follow that order. For example, in Boostin' with Fillmore on my game, the order is typically player, Fillmore, Mia, Tia, and Ramone. Not to mention you can also screw with the order in events such as Piston Cup races. For instance, one time I held back Hollister for an entire race, letting one of the other random racers pass to see what would happen. RodRedlineM1 (talk) 15:30, August 14, 2014 (UTC)

I am aware of that. But those are the orders that they will always come in my game, should there be no setbacks - and I've gone back and replayed many of the races in story mode countless times.

I think it's easier for the piston cup racers to screw up due to the large number of competitors the tracks have.

That's strange because in my game in Boostin' with Fillmore, the order was typically player, Fillmore, Ramone, Mia and Tia.

For Delinquent Road Hazards in my game, Boost was always the fastest opponent to start with but then he screws up at one point during the race which often allows Wingo and DJ to pass him. -- C.Syde (talk | contribs) 03:45, August 15, 2014 (UTC)
